Adding a Shared Organizational View to your own System
If a team member has created an organizational view, you can add it to your own dashboard:
- Navigate to the Customer Engagement section.
- Select either the Contacts or Companies tab, depending on where the view was created.
- Click the “+” button next to the views section.
- Select Teammates’ View from the options.
- Click Add next to the view you want to include.
- The shared view will now be accessible in your dashboard for easy access.
