Creating Your Own Private View
A private view is personalized and visible only to you. Here’s how to create one:
- Navigate to the Customer Engagement section in the left sidebar.
- Select either the Contacts or Companies tab, depending on where you want to create the view.
- Apply the filters needed to customize your view. For example, filter by lead status, location, or recent activity.
- Once your filters are set, click the “+” button next to the views section.
- Enter a name for your view.
- In the View Setup options, select Current State and mark it as Private.
- Click Create. Your private view is now saved and ready for use!
