Integrating Salesforce with nReach: A Step-by-Step Guide
Enhance Campaign Management with the Salesforce-nReach Integration
The Salesforce-nReach integration enables your team to efficiently manage Telegram campaigns while tracking their progress directly in Salesforce. By syncing efforts between Telegram and non-Telegram campaigns, this integration creates organizational alignment, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. It also promotes transparency by centralizing the history of Telegram correspondence within Salesforce, empowering your organization with a complete view of campaign activity and performance.
For more information on capturing the Telegram correspondence history, please refer to your customer success manager.
Note: The Salesforce integration may involve additional charges. To check if the integration is available in your account, please go to the Integrations page. If the lock icon appears next to the Salesforce icon, please refer to your customer success for further questions.

1. Integrating Your Salesforce Account
Steps:

2. Mapping the Schema Between Salesforce and nReach
Mapping the schema allows you to define how data is transferred between Salesforce and nReach for both companies and contacts.
Steps:
- Access Schema Mapping:
- Navigate to the Map Schema section in nReach.
- Define Data Transfer Rules:
- A dialog will open up suggesting to select the entities to map. You can start with Companies and then proceed to Contacts
- For each entity (companies and contacts), specify which information should flow between the platforms.
- Assign the source of truth for each field:
- If a field's source is Salesforce, updates in Salesforce will overwrite changes in nReach.
- Conversely, if the source is nReach, updates in nReach will overwrite Salesforce data.
- Example Mapping:
- Map the Account Name field in Salesforce to the Name field in nReach.
- Choose whether Salesforce or nReach holds the authoritative data for that field.
- Add New Properties:
- For example, to send "Account Type" from Salesforce to nReach:
- Type the name of a new column. By the end of this process, a new column will be added in nReach.
- Select the checkbox for the property in the schema mapping tool.
- For example, to send "Account Type" from Salesforce to nReach:
- Save Changes:
- Click Update Schema to save your mapping configurations.
- Repeat for Contacts:
- Follow the same process to define mappings for contact fields.
- Customize mappings to specify different sources of truth for various fields.
3. Performing an Import (Sync Data from Salesforce to nReach)
Steps:
- Initiate a One-Time Sync:
- After mapping, click the Sync button in nReach.
- This action transfers the selected data from Salesforce to nReach based on your schema mappings.
- Apply import for companies before doing import for contacts.
- Verify Data:
- The import process may take a few minutes to complete. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming the completion along with stats related to the import process.
- Confirm that the number of entities created in nReach align with the number of entities in Salesforce. If there are any gaps, please report to your Customer Success manager.
4. Performing an Export (Sync Data from nReach to Salesforce)
Steps:
- Select Contacts or Companies to Export:
- Navigate to the Companies or Contacts page.
