How to request a SIM and connect it
Adding multiple Telegram accounts to nReach enables you to expand your messaging capabilities, manage multiple campaigns more efficiently, and protect your original Telegram account if you prefer to keep personal and business communications separate.
Why Connect an Additional Telegram Account?
Adding multiple accounts allows you to:
- Manage multiple campaigns seamlessly.
- Keep personal and professional communications separate.
- Scale outreach without overloading a single account.
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
- Go to the Integrations section in the nReach menu.
Step 2: Add an Additional Telegram Account
- Click Add Integration and select Telegram.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Connect Your Account (if you already have an additional Telegram account).
- Request an Additional SIM (if you need a new Telegram number). Request this from the Integrations page or directly from your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
- Once granted, the new number will appear in the Integrations section.
- Select the folders you want to import to nReach (choosing the root folder will import all communications).
Step 3: Verify and Connect
For an Existing Account:
- Enter the phone number of the additional Telegram account.
- Click Get Verification Code and check your Telegram app.
- Enter the code and 2FA Password to finalize the connection.
Step 4: Connect Your Account to a Mobile Device or TG Web
- Open the Telegram app on your mobile device or Web.
- Add an account:
- On Mobile, click on your profile > Edit > Add account.
- On Telegram Web, enter the phone number shown in nReach.
- Click Get Verification Code and enter the code to complete the process.
Step 5: Customize and Get Started
- Update your username, profile picture, and handle for easy identification.
- Your new Telegram account is now ready for use!

- Separate Campaigns: Use different accounts for different campaigns to stay organized.
- Regular Updates: Keep usernames and profile details updated to maintain professionalism.
