How to connect your Telegram account to nReach (first or additional)

Integrating your Telegram account with nReach allows you to streamline communication, manage outreach campaigns, and centralize all interactions in one platform. This guide walks you through the steps to connect your Telegram account, as well as how to add additional accounts for enhanced messaging capabilities.

Why Connect Telegram to nReach?

Connecting Telegram to nReach helps you:

Automate and scale your outreach efforts.
Manage all Telegram interactions in a single platform.
Sync messages and contacts for better organization and follow-ups.

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

Log in to your nReach account.
Click on Integrations in the left sidebar.

Step 2: Add Telegram Integration

Click the Add Integration button.
Select Telegram from the list of available integrations.
Click Connect Your Account if you already have a Telegram account.

Step 3: Verify Your Account

Enter your Telegram phone number.
Click Get Verification Code and check your Telegram app for the 5-digit code.
Enter your 2FA password. If this Telegram account was provided to you by your team, contact your CSM for access details.
Once connected, your Telegram account will appear in the Integrations section.

Step 4: Connect Your Account to a Mobile Device or TG Web

Open the Telegram app on your mobile device or Web.
Add an account:
- On Mobile, click on your profile > Edit > Add account.
- On Telegram Web, enter the phone number shown in nReach.
Click Get Verification Code and enter the code.
If you have a 2FA password, enter it to complete the process.

Step 5: Synchronize your contacts

Choose the folders to import.

nb: if you choose the Root folder, all of your contacts, Channels and Groups will get added.

Select whether you'd like to import your contacts, your channels, and/or your groups
Select whether you're importing all the contacts from the folders, or only the contacts from the companies that are already in your CRM.
Click on import
You're all set!
