Setting Up Your Lifecycle Stages
How to Update Lifecycle Status for Contacts or Companies:
- Go to Customer Engagement and navigate to the Contacts or Companies section.
- Use the "Go to" search bar and type "Lifecycle stage."
- Locate the column and click the three dots (…) next to it.
- Select "Edit" and customize the statuses as needed.
- Click Save - your custom pipeline is now set up!
Managing Responses
Categorizing Your Responses:
- Open the Campaign Management tab.
- Select the "Replied" view to see contacts who have responded.
- Use the "Go to" search bar to find the "Lifecycle stage" column (available at both company and contact levels).
